2. Services

We provide commercial and residential painting services in Cape Coral, FL and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. The specific scope, schedule, and price of each project are set out in the written estimate and any signed agreement between you and The Badger And The Buckeye. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, surface conditions, or materials differ from what was originally assessed. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.

4. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to disclose any conditions (such as lead paint, asbestos, water damage, or structural issues) that may affect the work. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, material availability, or third-party access issues.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Interior painting carries a 2-year warranty, cabinet refinishing a 3-year warranty, and exterior painting a 5-year warranty against peeling and application defects. Warranties do not cover damage caused by moisture intrusion, structural movement, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits and progress payments, are specified in your written agreement. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Badger And The Buckeye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
